All ASU faculty and staff have access to Adobe Express for free! Just complete the New Adobe Account Request for Faculty and Staff form in ServiceNow. Once you submit your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation within a few minutes!
Faculty & Staff Adobe Access Request
1. Access the "Faculty/Staff Provision Adobe Express Account" form through ServiceNow.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the form, open the Request License Type list, and select Adobe Express.
Adobe Express and Firefly is open to all ASU faculty, staff, and students. Creative Cloud Pro accounts are dependent on your role and departmental approval. We highly suggest starting with Adobe Express first to explore the features and options.
3. Ensure the form has pre-populated your information correctly in the Requested For and Email required fields. Update it if needed.
4. Select the Order Now button on the right sidebar to submit the request.
The approval process is automated. You should receive an email with your Adobe account information shortly.
