How to Use the Security Features During a Zoom Meeting

Security features can be enabled and disabled while hosting a meeting in Zoom using the “Security” icon option in the Zoom room’s tool bar. Some security features include locking the meeting, using Waiting Rooms, enabling participant privileges, removing participants, or reporting users. It is recommended that hosts secure their Zoom meetings to avoid unwelcome participants and prevent in-meeting issues. Before starting a Zoom meeting, hosts may also enable or disable various features through their ASU Zoom accounts at asu.zoom.us.
