How Students Can Check Their Grades Using What if Scores

“What-if” grades allow students to self-predict final score outcomes for a class using published assignments listed in their “Grades” section. They may enter possible points received to create a mock result of a passing grade, alleviating the need for instructors to provide these calculations. Instructors are advised to clarify a course’s passing grade structure before advising students to use the “What-if” feature. Instructors can try the “What-If” feature using “Student View”.
