Zoom meetings can be scheduled ahead of time through the ASU Zoom website. Meetings scheduled may be set as a recurrence, use a newly created meeting ID or the instructor’s personal meeting ID (PMI), require registration, and other basic features. Through the Zoom website, hosts may also access additional features to a meeting such as creating polling, pre-assigning breakout rooms, and editing registration requirements.
