Instructors may choose to use the Zoom conferencing tool through a Canvas course where they may schedule meetings at specific dates for students to access. Meetings scheduled may be set as a recurrence, use a newly created meeting ID or the instructor’s personal meeting ID (PMI), require registration, and other basic features. Scheduled meetings will also sync with the host’s ASU Zoom account at asu.zoom.us. The site may need to be accessed to add other features to a meeting such as polling, breakout rooms, and requiring registration.
