Zoom conferencing allows hosts to split a meeting room of participants into smaller group meeting spaces called Breakout Rooms. Once the feature has been enabled, hosts may create breakout rooms during an active meeting and then join each one as desired to monitor or contribute with the group. Each breakout room provides a new private space for a number of participants to discuss within.
**Be sure to create all the needed breakout rooms before opening them as new ones cannot be created after.**
