In a Canvas course, under Syllabus, the Course Summary serves to provide students a complete list of all published assignments due for a course. By default, the Course Summary is turned on for all Canvas courses. Instructors who do not wish to show the Course Summary may turn off the feature when editing the Syllabus page.
