Who can use this product?

  • ASU faculty and staff can request access to Google AI Pro for Education.

     

    • Access is paid for and set up through ASU units.
    • Individuals cannot purchase licenses directly.
    • Licenses require approval from a Supervisor or Business Operations Manager.

 

Ready to get started with Google AI Pro for Education?

ASU faculty and staff can request to purchase a license through their department via ServiceNow.

Quick steps to start using Google AI Pro for Education

  1. After requesting and gaining access, go to Google Workspace.
  2. Sign in with your ASURITE.
  3. Gemini is now available in your Google Workspace apps.
  4. Select the Gemini star in the top right when you want to use it.
  5. Using natural language, type your prompt in the chat box that appears.

Create an outline for a new Google Doc.

Steps

  1. Create a new Google Doc.
  2. Select the Gemini star in the top right.
  3. Select the option that says "Create an outline..."
  4. After Gemini generates the outline, select "Insert" to automatically insert the content into the doc.
